Icons
Throughout Whistleblowing & Incident Management you will see various icons that indicate the status of alerts or situations of a case, and you may see colors that can also provide meaning.
Icons
The following table includes the icons that you may see in IM, the name of the icon, the name of the tabs in which the icons appear, the name of the column in which the icons appear (if applicable), and an explanation of what the icon means. Not every grid includes every icon, and your organization may not use every icon.
| Icon | Name | Tab | Column | Definition |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Red Alert | Home, Cases, Search | Priority | Indicates that the case has a highly critical alert level. |
Yellow Alert | Home, Cases, Search | Priority | Indicates that the case has a moderately critical alert level. |
Green Alert | Home, Cases, Search | Priority | Indicates that the case has a low critical alert level. |

New Report | Home, Cases, Search | Case # | Indicates that you have not yet viewed the case. A case displays as a New Report in your profile until you view it, even after other users have done so. The icon disappears after you have viewed the case. |
Updated Report | Home, Cases, Search | Case # | Indicates that the case was updated since you last viewed it. The Updated Report Icon displays when updates are made to the case by yourself or others after you have viewed it. |
