Advanced Search
The Advanced Search menu provides a way to focus your search to produce meaningful results.
Search Cases
Add text and select the areas of cases to search. Whistleblowing & Incident Management looks for whole word matches and partial matches at the beginning of a word. For example, if you search for "Rob," it will also return results for "Robert" and "Robertson."
Note: A search returns only cases to which you have access.

From the navigation menu, select Advanced Search.

In the Search Cases field, do one of the following:

Type a case number or text string, and then select at least one field value.
Note: This feature supports searching by task name and notes. Enter a task name or note in the search field, and the select the Task check box.

Type a case number or text string, select a Search By date, and then select at least one field value.

Click Search to display the results.
Search Participants
In tiers in which your administrator has turned on the Search Participants feature, you can locate all the cases with a specific participant. Search Participants does not include the ability to view cases that are returned in the search results. In order to view a specific case, you must have the right to view it.

From the navigation menu, select Advanced Search.

In the Search Participants field, type an Employee ID, First name, or Last name, and then click Search.
Note: Results are limited to 200 cases in Search Participants.
