Notification Templates

Notification templates are default notification email messages sent for a specific notification rule. These default notification email messages are linked to a notification trigger. Therefore, selecting a trigger in this section allows modifications to the message sent for that trigger. The system automatically assigns a default template for each notification trigger. You can use the default notification message or customize the message in the Notification Templates tab.

Editing a notification template

  1. From the navigation menu, select Admin > Notifications Admin.
  2. Click Notification Templates.
  3. In the Notification Trigger list, select the notification trigger you want to edit.

    Note: Notification triggers are grouped by Notification Triggers and System Email Templates.

  4. In the Notification Message box, edit the message as desired. Available tokens are found in the Token list and include both standard and custom tokens.
  5. Select Save.
