Task Admin

Important: Task Admin is only available if the Task feature is enabled. For more information regarding enabling the Task feature, contact NAVEX Customer Support by submitting a request in the Community.

The Task Admin feature enables an administrator to create and configure new task templates known as Task Types. These Task Types can be used to assist with tasks required during or after the investigation, such as tracking action plans as outcomes to cases.

Note: Task Types are reportable via Premium Analytics and can be added as a column in the My Tasks home page widget.
