Case Tools
Case Tools is a feature that may be enabled for your organization. Some tools do not appear in all cases.
Reminders
Reminders sends you an email message one hour before the due date and time of important activities. A counter in Tools shows the number of reminders you have set for a case.
From the case, click Reminders to view, edit, or delete individual reminders.
View Related Policies
The View Related Policies feature allows you to view policies, procedures, and guidelines related to a case, based on the issue type. If your organization adds the Policies Library it can integrate your case information in Issue and Event Manager with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Viewing Policy Summaries
- From the case, click Tools > View Related Policies. A list of policies, procedures, or guidelines related to the issue type for the case appears.
- Select the Case Issue Type from the list.
Add to or Remove from Watchlist
My Case Watchlist allows you to tag cases that you want to monitor. Your case watchlist is not shared with other users. Only you can see your case watchlist. Any cases that you add to your case watchlist are listed on the Home tab.

Join Chat
EthicsChat is an anonymous, real-time chat tool that provides an open line of communication between users and reporters, shortening the investigative time line while still ensuring anonymity. Reporters and users can type in a secure chat room window. The chat transcript is saved in the Follow-ups section of the case, so that users can view it at a later date.

- From the Print & Download page, select the sections of the case that you want to print (if you have custom layout(s) available, you can alternatively select one of those).
