Customize Digital Intake Appearance

You can customize your Mobile Intake configuration. If you have more than one Mobile Intake site, use the Digital Intake Site drop-down menu to select which site you wish to customize.

Customize Welcome Page Text

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings.
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Welcome Page Settings.
  3. Use the Working Language drop-down to select a language.
  4. Enter or edit your Company Name.
  5. Enter or edit the Page Title.
  6. Enter your Welcome Message.
  7. Select Save.

Markdown is supported in the Welcome Page (and also Data Privacy page). Mobile Intake supports the following markdown text:

  • *italic* text specified by single asterisk italic
  • **bold** text specified by double asterisks bold
  • ***bold and italic*** text specified by triple asterisks bold and italic
  • [Link](www.navexglobal.com) is specified by display text in brackets and link in parenthesis  Link

Customize Logo and Colors

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings.
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Welcome Page Settings.
  3. Select Theme Manager.
  4. Click the Header Image to select and load a new logo.

  • Recommended bitmap logo size 300 x 68

  • .png, .gif, .bmp Larger than 68 pixels high will scale logo proportionally down to 68 pixels. There may be quality issues depending on original bitmap size and resolution.

  • .svg will scale to 68 pixels high automatically. Quality should be good.

  1. Select any of the other color settings to change colors.
  2. Select Save.

Color Reference for Theme Manager

  • Header Background: Color behind logo and behind icons at top of page
  • Header Foreground: Color of icons (must contrast with header background for icons to appear)
  • Middle Background: Color behind Welcome Page title and Welcome message
  • Middle Foreground: Text color for Welcome Page Title and Welcome message
  • Bottom Background: Color behind action buttons (ex. File a Report)
  • Bottom Foreground: Color of Icons and text on action buttons

We recommend leaving the following buttons colors at default values. Active and inactive button background and text invert and have different shades. Accessibility and usability are easily damaged by changing the button colors.

  • Button Background: Background color of active button
  • Button Foreground: Text color for active button

Customize Thank You Page Text

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings.
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Intake Settings.
  3. Select Thank You Page.
  4. Use the Working Language drop-down to select a language.
  5. Enter your Thank You Message.
  6. Select Save.
