Attaching Files or Links to a Case
Files and Links can be added to a case using the following steps:
Attach a File

From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

Select All Cases.

Select the desired case.

From the left navigation menu, select Attachments.

In Attachments, select Add Attachments.

Select a Category.
-
Enter a Description.
-
Select or drag files to upload them from your computer or network.

Select Submit.
Attach a Link
-
From the left navigation menu, select Cases.
-
Select All Cases.
-
Select the desired case.
-
From the left navigation menu, select Attachments.

In Attachments, select Add Link.

Enter a Title, URL, Category, and Description.

Select Submit.
