Attaching Files or Links to a Case

Files and Links can be added to a case using the following steps:

 

Attach a File

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

  2. Select All Cases.

  3. Select the desired case.

  4. From the left navigation menu, select Attachments.

  5. In Attachments, select Add Attachments.

  6. Select a Category.

  7. Enter a Description.

  8. Select or drag files to upload them from your computer or network.

  9. Select Submit.

 

Attach a Link

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

  2. Select All Cases.

  3. Select the desired case.

  4. From the left navigation menu, select Attachments.

  5. In Attachments, select Add Link.

  6. Enter a Title, URL, Category, and Description.

  7. Select Submit.
