Adding Secondary Issue Types

Secondary Issue Types allow a case to be classified with four additional Issue Types.

Important: If your organization is using a custom case template, the case sections that you see may change when you change or add issues.

 

Add a Secondary Issue Type

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

  2. Select All Cases.

  3. Select the desired case.

  4. In General Case Info, select Edit next to Issue.

  5. Select + Secondary Issue.

  6. Select an Issue from the dropdown list.

  7. Select Add Issue.
