Adding Secondary Issue Types
Secondary Issue Types allow a case to be classified with four additional Issue Types.
Important: If your organization is using a custom case template, the case sections that you see may change when you change or add issues.
Add a Secondary Issue Type

From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

Select All Cases.

Select the desired case.

In General Case Info, select Edit
next to Issue.

Select + Secondary Issue.

Select an Issue from the dropdown list.

Select Add Issue.
