Deleting Secondary Issue Types

The Secondary Issue Types assigned to a case can be removed in the General Case Info section. Changes to Issue Types are captured in the case History.

Important: If your organization is using a custom case template, the case sections that you see may change when you change or add issues.

 

Deleting Secondary Issue Types

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

  2. Select All Cases.

  3. Select the desired case.

  4. In General Case Info, select Edit next to Issue.

  5. Select Delete

  6. Select Save.
