Tier Selection

From the Tier Admin tab, you must select a tier before managing Access Levels, Automatic Case Assignments, Tier Administrators, or Users.

Selecting Tiers

  1. From the Admin tab, click Tier Admin.
  2. Click Access Levels, Automatic Case Assignments, Tier Administrators, or Users.
  3. Click the name of a tier.

Applying Settings to All Tiers

  1. From the Admin tab, click Tier Admin.
  2. Click Access Levelsor Users.
  3. Follow the instructions for managing Access Levels or Users.

Searching for Tiers

  1. From the Admin tab, click Tier Admin.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Type two or more letters contained in the name of the tier. The system will return all tiers containing those letters.
  4. Click the name of a tier.
