Information Access

A Level 1 user has no restrictions on the information available in the pages that user can access.

A Level 2 user can be restricted to viewing information for only those third parties (and their reports) in specified categories, global regions, or countries. Or, they can be restricted by whether they are either Owner and/or Approver of those third parties. A Level 2 user can also be limited to requesting only certain report types.

A Business Sponsor user is typically responsible for completing a questionnaire that identifies the purpose and scope of a third party engagement. Business Sponsors can be associated with one or more third party records within Third-Party Screening & Monitoring, and they will be able to complete questionnaires in their preferred language similar to how a third party contact would complete a questionnaire. Business Sponsors will not have access to Third-Party Screening & Monitoring in the same manner as Level 1 and Level 2 users, unless they are given Level 1 or Level 2 access as well.
