Assessment States & Workflow Process

Important: Only Level 1 & Level 2 users granted the specific permission can review/manage assessments submitted from the third party assessment site.

The Assessment process goes through multiple states throughout its lifecycle, from start to finish. The following table describes the various states:

Status	Description
New	An Assessment questionnaire has been submitted via the portal
In Review	A Level 1 user (Reviewer) has opened the Assessment for review, but not finished or taken action on it
Revisions Pending	Reviewer has requested changes/additional information and is waiting for the submitter to respond and return the Assessment
Updated	The Assessment has been updated after revisions were requested
Accepted	Reviewer has accepted the assessment. Data collected can be used to automatically populate third party profile fields.
Denied	Reviewer has denied the Assessment
