Login for NAVEX One Users
NAVEX One-enabled users can continue to access RiskRate via the following ways:

The same URL used in the past.

Navigate directly to NAVEX One and access RiskRate via the application menu

Use SSO and navigate to NAVEX One.
Resetting / Changing a Password
NAVEX One-users can reset or change their password by navigating directly to the main NAVEX Login page.
From the Login page, users can click the Forgot password link to receive an email with a link that will allow them to reset and change their current password.
Switching between RiskRate and NAVEX One
You can easily switch between NAVEX One products (e.g., RiskRate) from the NAVEX One platform.
- When logged in to RiskRate, you will see the application menu on the far right. Click the application menu and then NAVEX One to go back to the NAVEX One landing page.
- From NAVEX One, click Enterprise Due Diligence to go back to RiskRate.
