Viewing and Understanding Reports
Third-Party Screening & Monitoring offers a number of different report types, each with its own information and data. Reports aggregate data from one or more of the following sources, depending on the report that is ordered:
- D&B – Provides financial, credit, and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership) data; can be combined with RDC data
- RDC – Third-Party Screening & Monitoring's Reputation Screening partner that provides reputation, sanctions/watch list, and politically exposed persons (PEP) data; includes an RDC site link in report PDF
- PSA Analysts – Reviews Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) or Open Source Intelligence (OSI) reports and uploads their report; includes a link in report PDF
- Third Party – Data provided by a third party contact
- User – Data provided by a Third-Party Screening & Monitoring user
Reports include a collected entities grid, which is a summary of all the entities that are associated with the ordered report. The collected entities grid also shows whether the entities have been screened by RDC, as well as detailed ownership or UBO information.
