Search Third Parties & Additional Entities

From anywhere in RiskRate, you can search for third parties and additional entities by using the Search Entities text box. It is located in the header next to your user name:

Note: If your system is set up to prevent Level 2 users from viewing certain third parties, any restricted third parties and their associated additional entities will not appear in the results.

To search for third parties and/or additional entities:

1. In the Search Entities text box, type in the text of the third party / additional entity.

   

   After you enter text, matching results display below the box and include matching third parties and additional entities.

   Note: RiskRate will display the top ten matching results; if needed, you can further refine your search criteria by entering additional text.

2. Click the matching or desired result to go directly to that third party details page.
