Use the Risk Codes List

The Risk Codes page displays a grid of all the Risk Codes that have been returned from RiskRate's Reputational Screening partner for screened and monitored third parties. Users can sort and filter to better understand the risks their organization is facing with their third party population.

Note: If your system is set up to prevent Level 2 users from viewing certain third parties, any restricted third parties will not appear in the results list.

To access the Risk Codes page:

From the navigation menu, click Risk Codes.
Note: You can click in the RiskRate header to hide the sidebar menu and then again to display it (i.e., use as a hide/show menu toggle).

Note: For reputation screening and monitoring activity before July 31, 2018, all risk codes are associated with the third party only, and do not indicate if the alert is associated with an additional entity.

The Risk Codes grid includes the following columns by default:

Column	Description
Third Party Name	Link to the Third Party Details page for this third party
Report ID	Link to the report PDF to which this Risk Code is associated
Report Date	Date the report was completed
Entity	Name of the third party or additional entity that this Risk Code is associated with
AI Confidence Score	The Artificial Intelligence (AI) confidence score is calculated by machine learning models and is based on a prediction of the result an analyst would produce for an inquiry
Risk Code	Risk code and name
Stage	Code and name of the current status of the risk code (Alleged, Charged, Conviction, etc.)
Country	Country of the third party
Region	Region of the third party
Profile Risk	Profile Risk rating of the third party (Low, Medium, High)
Category	Category of the third party

Other third party attributes are available as optional columns by clicking Show/Hide Columns in Grid Settings.
