View, Modify, or Delete (Cancel) a Screening Request

To view or modify a screening request:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Reports.
    • Click Third Parties, click a third party name, and then click the Reports tab.
  2. For any report that is not a Reputation Alert or an uploaded report, in the Status column, click .
  3. Work your way through the request wizard using the Next and Back buttons.
  4. (Optional) If the request includes contact information, you can make changes to that information.
  5. Important: Please note the following effects of changing a contact's email address for a screening request:

    • Changing an email address removes access to that screening for the previous addressee.
    • If the screening (interview) has not yet been completed, a screening request email will be sent to the new addressee.
    • If the report has already been completed, you will be given the option of sending an email to the new addressee. The new addressee can then access the completed screening by logging in to the Registration site using the provided user name and password.
  1. Click Done to close the request, or click Submit to save your changes and close the request.

Delete (Cancel) a Screening Request

Important: This feature is available to Level 1 users only.

If a screening request includes an interview to be completed by a third party, you can cancel the request at any time before the interview is completed.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Reports.
    • Click Third Parties, click a third party name, and then click the Reports tab.
  2. In the reports list, in the Status column, click .
  3. Click Delete Request, and then click Delete to confirm.
