Reviewing Assessments
Important: Only Level 1 & Level 2 users granted the specific permission can review/manage assessments submitted from the third party assessment site.
After an assessment is submitted, designated users can view the responses in read-only mode and take follow-up actions. From the Review Assessment page, you can update the assessment's status and view the questionnaire responses as well as the following details for the assessment and third party:

| Created | Indicates the date and time the assessment was created. |
| Last Updated | Indicates the date and time the assessment was last updated. |
Review An Assessment

From the navigation menu, select Assessments.

From the Manage Assessments grid, find the third party and select Review in the Action column.

On the Review Assessment page, use the left pane to navigate through the assessment sections and review the responses.

After reviewing the responses, select one of the following actions, which will result in an assessment status update:
Request Changes
Use this option to provide feedback and request changes to the assessment. Selecting Request Changes updates the status to Revisions Pending and notifies the submitter, who will see your feedback. After the submitter makes updates and resubmits, the status updates and all reviewers are notified.

From the top of the assessment, select Request Changes.

Enter Comments to provide details about the requested changes. These comments will apply to the overall Assessment. You can also add question-specific comments prior to requesting changes.

Select Request Changes.
The submitter will see the assessment in the portal with your feedback and a status of Revisions Requested. They can then select Update Assessment to make changes and resubmit.
Accept
Use this option to approve the data provided in the assessment. Selecting Accept updates the status to Accepted and notifies the submitter, who will see your feedback. Assessment data can be used to update an existing third party profile or create a new one. See Accept, Add To, or Create New Third Party for more information.
Deny
Use this option to deny the data provided in the assessment. Selecting Deny updates the assessment status to Denied and notifies the submitter, who will see your feedback. No Third Party record will be created.

From the top of the assessment, select Deny.

Enter Comments to provide details for the denied assessment.

(Optional) Select the Delete and remove this assessment check box to delete the assessment. This cannot be undone. If left unchecked, the assessment remains on the Manage Assessments grid after it has been denied, but it can be deleted later.

Select Deny.

Add or View Comments
Use this option to add or view comments that are visible only to other reviewers.
To add a comment:

Select Add/View Comments to display the Assessment Comments window. If any comments already exist, they will be shown.

From the Who should be notified about this comment dropdown list, select a recipient.
Note: Depending on the selection, this will send an email notification to either all Reviewers or the individual user. The email includes a direct link to the Review Assessment page.
- Enter a comment in the text box area and select Add Reviewer Comment.
The comment is added to the Assessment Comments and will include the reviewer's name and a timestamp indicating when it was added.

Export to PDF
As a reviewer, you can export assessment responses to an Adobe PDF document for further analysis.
Select Export to PDF located at the top of the assessment to download, and then open the document.
The exported PDF contains the following headers for question categories: Question Text, Response, Last Updated, and Score.
