Use the Additional Entities Tab in the Third Party Details Page

The Additional Entities tab displays additional entity information entered during requester or third party interviews.

  1. From the sidebar menu, click Third Parties.

Note: You can click in the RiskRate header to hide the sidebar menu and then again to display it (i.e., use as a hide/show menu toggle).

  2. Find and click a third party's name, and then click the Additional Entities tab.

The grid captures information about all additional entities collected as part of requestor or third party interviews. Likewise, if Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) reports are enabled, entities known by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) with ownership interest, will also be captured in this grid.

The grid includes columns for all the additional entity data collected during the interview, including but not limited to the following:

  • Status – Column to indicate if the entity is currently being monitored (Yes or No)
  • Type ** – Column to indicate type of entity (Third Party, Affiliated Organization, Beneficial Owner, Direct, Indirect, MDO: Manager, Director, Officer)

Additionally, you can disable monitoring from here. See Disable Monitoring of Third Parties & Additional Entities for more information.
