Getting Started
What you can see and do in EPIM depends, in part, on the permissions that your System Administrator assigns to you. If you have the right to view cases, you will see icons to assist you in quickly identifying the type of cases. EPIM also includes dynamic grids, which allow you to filter and sort information about cases and tasks.
