Use My Tasks
Any user can assign a task to any other user from within a third party details page (see Use the Tasks Tab in the Third Party Details Page). Use My Tasks to quickly see all the tasks you've been assigned.
- From the sidebar menu, click My Tasks.
Note: You can click
in the RiskRate header to hide the sidebar menu and then again to display it (i.e., use as a hide/show menu toggle).
- Do any of the following:
- Click the link in the Task column to view the task details.
- Click
to open the task in edit mode. Make the desired changes, and then click Update.
- Click the link in the Third Party column to open the details page of the third party for which the task was created.
- By default, only incomplete tasks are listed. Click to clear the Hide closed tasks check box to display completed tasks as well.
- Customize the task list and filter its contents (see Customize a List Display).
- Export the task list to a file (see Export a List).
- Click the link in the Task column to view the task details.
