Using the Additional Entities List

The Additional Entities page enables you to view and manage additional entities across all third parties in your Third-Party Screening & Monitoring system.

Note: If your system is set up to prevent Level 2 users from viewing certain third parties, any restricted third parties and their associated additional entities will not appear in the results list.

Use the Additional Entities List

  1. From the navigation menu, click Additional Entities.
  2. Click the name of a third party to view its third party details page.
  3. Click to do any of the following:
    • Disable monitoring of an additional entity. This option only appears for additional entities that are being monitored.
    • Redact additional entity information. This option only appears for the "Person" entity type.

      Note: This feature must be enabled and is only available to Level 1 users.

    • Connect an additional entity to other additional entities.
