Use the Additional Entities List
The Additional Entities page allows users to view and manage additional entities across all third parties in the system.
Note: If your system is set up to prevent Level 2 users from viewing certain third parties, any restricted third parties and their associated additional entities will not appear in the results list.
To access the Additional Entities page:
- From the sidebar menu, click Additional Entities.
- In the Additional Entities page, you can do any of the following:
- Click a third party name to view the third party's details page (see Use the Third Party Details Page)
- Customize the additional entity list and filter its contents (see Customize a List Display).
- Export the additional entities list to a file (see Export a List).
- Disable Monitoring for an additional entity
- Redact an additional entity
- Connect additional entities
The Additional Entities grid displays the following columns by default:
Other entity attributes are available as optional columns by using the Show/Hide Columns in Grid Settings.
